Hip-hop Star NICKI MINAJ Elder Brother Jelani Charge for Rape

Jelani has been charged for raping a 12 years old, according to reports by TMZ and Newsday.
The 37 year old was released from Nassau County jail on Thursday after bail was set at £66,117.

Newsday reported that Nassau District Attorney's Office declined to comment on details of the case including the age of the child and how the matter came to authorities' attention.

The name of his attorney was not immediately available.
